Pricing: Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our list maybe mispriced. If we discover a mispriced item, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item to you.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions.
Delivery Policy: We only deliver within New Zealand.; We will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.; If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please contact us immediately.; We are not responsible for lost or damage to goods through the shipping process or for goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address.; With our free shipping method estimated delivery time from dispatch is 8 to 13 days.; Paid express mail service, estimated delivery time from dispatch is 5 to 8 days.; Deliver time frames:; Orders will only be processed upon receive of payment.; If payment is made before 5pm on the day the order is made, confirmation of payment will normally occur the following day.
Allow 1 to 2 days for processing and dispatching of order.; Upon dispatch the delivery time frame then applies depending on your choice of free shipping or express mail service.; Whilst we endeavor to ensure stated delivery times are kept, there maybe times when these can not be kept due to variables outside of our control. We accept no responsibility where this occurs, as we have no control over delivery services.; Delivery to a rural address may take 1 to 2 days longer.; Goods ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.
Delivery Charges: Free Shipping is New Zealand wide.; If you require delivery earlier than provided by our free shipping arrangement, you can use an express mail service which will take 5 to 8 days from dispatch at a cost of $30.50 if under 1kg (typically a 1 phone package), $42.70 if between 1 and 2 kgs (typically a 2 phone package), $54.89 if between 2 and 3 kgs (typically a 3 or 4 phone package).
Taxes & Customs Fees: The Cell Phone Shop is not GST registered, so GST is not charged.; The customer is solely responsible for customs taxes (if any) relating to the delivery of the product to them.; Cell phones are free of import duty.; However like all goods, GST is payable upon importation. GST is levied at 15% on the sum of the price of the product, cost of freight and insurance paid to transport the goods to New Zealand. Customs do not collect charges (GST) that are less than $60 payable.; If the shipments value is greater then $400 NZD, Customs may charge additional fees of $25.30 Import Entry Transaction Fee and $12.77 Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry (MAF) bio-security fee.
Warranty: All our products come with 12 months manufacturer warranty. The warranty only covers those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any damage from:
Improper or inadequate maintenance.
Misuse or mishandling.
Fire, flood or environmental conditions.
Wrong voltage usage, i.e. using the wrong charger .
Unauthorized modifications being carried out.
Occurrences due to normal wear and tear.

Please note that software problems are not covered by any warranty.
Return of Faulty or Damaged Goods: All of our product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.; Where products are found to be faulty or damaged, we are to be notified within 7 days (from the date products were received) . Faulty or damaged products can be returned and a replacement product supplied or repair carried out.; Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We take responsible for shipping of replacement or repaired goods.Shipping is by standard Air Mail.; Upon receipt of a damaged phone, the supplier upon assessment may elect to repair the phone or supply a replacement.; As our supplier is based overseas, where a phone needs repair, we may elect to have the repair carried out by our contracted mobile phone repair company in Auckland. The turnaround time could be 3-14 days depending on the fault. Customers pay for the cost of sending faulty products to the repair company.; The return of products must be approved by us before sending back.
Refund: Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to exchange or refund due to a change of mind, or you find that the cell phone does not work with your selected network provider. Before purchasing a cell phone, you should carry out inquiries with your network provider to ensure the phones frequency is compatible and that the phone will do what you want it to do with that provider’s service, i.e. email service.
Bulk Orders: Please contact us regarding large order quotations and shipping costs.
Plug Safety: Our distributor will make every endeavor to ensure that cell phones come with NZ plug connections for the chargers. However in some cases a plug convertor may be provided, where the correct NZ plug fitting is unavailable. If you receive a plug convertor with your cell phone, it is recommended that for the long term you obtain a charger with a plug fitting to fit NZ power sockets.

Phones are New and Unlocked: Our phones are new original brands and come UNLOCKED from any network or contract which means you simply place your SIM card into the phone and turn it on.
